Whilst we do our utmost to ensure the quality level of our products, we are unfortunately not in a position to refund or exchange items if it was merely not to your personal taste preference.
Although we will always endeavour to provide perfect service, we understand that mistakes do occasionally happen. If we have provided you with items that are not identical to those ordered, without any prior notice, we will gladly exchange your order or refund you for the relevant amount and collect the incorrect items free of charge, this must be immediately reported to Trendy Wine within 24 hours of delivery.
The goods must be returned to us within a period of 7 days after delivery.
In all cases, we will arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you.
Once the goods reach us, we will sign for the delivery and check the condition. You will then be offered a full refund or replacement product.
Product exchanges will be delivered to the original delivery address.
In order to log a return please select “Returns” under the customer service menu at the bottom of this page and complete the Product Returns Form that is presented to request an RMA number.
Pack the item/s in their original packaging, our courier will contact you to confirm the collection.
In certain instances where we are not able to acquire the exact item you ordered, we will offer to exchange it for an alternative or refund you if this is not acceptable.
If the bottles delivered are damaged or broken this must be immediately reported to the courier before you take possession and should not be accepted as received in good condition. This must be immediately reported to Trendy Wine within 24 hours of delivery. Trendy Wine shall then make contact to arrange a replacement.
